This coming Sunday we finish off the current series ‘Why I’m Not a Christian – Reasons for Rejecting and a Christian’s Response’. It’s been 6 weeks of looking at the problems that people have with Christianity.  So far we’ve covered:

1. Christianity is Judgement: Sin & Hell.  2. Christianity is Intolerant: Homosexuality  3. Christianity is Exclusivist: Jesus is the Way  4. Christianity is Fundamentalist: The Bible. 5. This week we’re covering another problem some people have with Christianity, ‘Christianity is Irrational: Science’.

Starting next week, we’ll be having a look at the Old Testament book of Joshua.  Joshua is famous for it’s ‘ blood-thirstiness’.  It’s definitely sure to confront us. But the big message of this book is: God is faithful to his promises and it will be his power that will accomplish salvation for his people.
